Cancellation Policies and Procedures
We make it easy for subscribers to see all their billing, subscription, and cancellation information at any time—including their next billing date—on the My Account page in the Parent Section of the program.
To avoid subscription renewal and any unwanted future billing, you may cancel your ABCmouse subscription at any time. Canceling will deactivate your subscription at the end of your current billing cycle, but you will still have access to ABCmouse for the remainder of the subscription period you’ve already paid for. There are no additional fees associated with cancellation.
If you’d like to cancel your subscription, you can do so right now from the Parent Section of ABCmouse. Select the My Account panel, then the Cancellation panel, and follow the on-screen instructions. You should see a cancellation confirmation page and also get an email confirmation.
You can also click the blue Help icon in the bottom-right corner of this page to cancel right now via chat.

Refund Policy
Once you’ve pre-paid for an ABCmouse subscription, or allowed your subscription to renew, all charges are final and non-refundable, as outlined in the ABCmouse Terms and Conditions that all subscribers agree to during signup. We do not grant refunds, prorated or full, for subscription payments.
