Amazon Cancellation Instructions

If you subscribed to ABCmouse Classic through the Amazon Appstore and are being billed by Amazon, you'll need to cancel your subscription through your Amazon account page.

Note:
If you signed up directly through ABCmouse Classic using a credit card or PayPal, you’ll need to cancel through the Parent Section in the ABCmouse Classic app. For more assistance with cancelling directly, please take a look at this article.

Amazon App Store

To cancel via the Amazon App Store, follow the steps below:

1. Open the Amazon App Store.
2. Select My Apps.
3. Tap Subscriptions.
4. Update your subscription as needed.

Amazon Website

To cancel via Amazon's website, follow the steps below:

1. Go to Your Account.
2. Select Your Apps under Digital content and devices.
3. Select Your Subscriptions under Manage.
4. Update your subscription as needed.

Amazon Fire Tablet

To cancel on an Amazon Fire Tablet, follow the steps below:

1. Select Apps, and then Store.
2. Open the menu, and then select Manage Subscriptions.
3. Update your subscription as needed.

You will receive a confirmation email upon successful cancellation. Once you've canceled your subscription, you will continue to have access to ABCmouse Classic for the remainder of your current ABCmouse Classic billing cycle. After that, your Amazon account will no longer be charged for ABCmouse Classic.
