ABCmouse Classic subscriptions can no longer be canceled through the ABCmouse Classic product. To cancel your ABCmouse Classic membership, you must contact Customer Care for assistance. A Customer Care representative can review your account and help complete your cancellation request.
How to Cancel
To cancel your ABCmouse Classic subscription:
- Contact ABCmouse Customer Care.
- Provide the email address associated with your ABCmouse account.
- Ask the representative to cancel your ABCmouse Classic subscription.
- Follow any additional instructions provided by Customer Care.
Good to Know
- Cancellation is no longer available through the ABCmouse app.
- Removing or deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.
- Your subscription remains active until Customer Care completes the cancellation.
- Contact Customer Care before your next renewal date to help prevent another charge.
