Cancellation Policies and Procedures
You can view your billing, subscription, and cancellation information (including the date of your next renewal charge) at any time under Settings > Manage My Account in the ABCmouse app or website (see the screenshot below).
Canceling your subscription stops future renewals and billing. You will still have access to ABCmouse for the remainder of the current paid period.
Each active subscription must be canceled separately. Canceling one subscription does not automatically cancel any other subscription, including Adventure Academy or another ABCmouse subscription associated with a different email address.
Subscriptions are not canceled by: stopping use of the program, deleting or uninstalling the app, changing or removing a payment method, or taking any action other than completing the cancellation processes outlined below.
After you successfully cancel, a cancellation confirmation will be sent to the email address associated with your subscription. We recommend saving the cancellation confirmation email for your records. If you do not receive a confirmation email, verify the cancellation process was completed successfully.
How to Cancel (Direct Billing)
If you subscribed directly through ABCmouse (not through Apple App Store or Google Play), follow the instructions in the guide below:

How to Cancel (App Store / Third-Party Billing)
If you purchased through an app store or other third-party billing provider, your subscription and billing are managed by that provider and must be canceled through them. Follow the cancellation steps for the app store you used:

Refund Policy
All ABCmouse subscription charges are final and non-refundable.
Once a subscription has been prepaid or renewed, refunds (full or prorated) are not offered.
Refunds are not provided for unused time remaining in a subscription period after cancellation. You will still have access to ABCmouse for the remainder of the current paid period.
These terms are outlined in the ABCmouse Terms and Conditions that all subscribers agree to during sign-up.
Additional Information
Canceling prevents future renewal charges but does not refund subscription payments that have already been processed.
If you are unsure of when your next charge will be and want to cancel before that date, you can verify your next billing date by going to ABCmouse Settings > Manage My Account > Membership Details.
After canceling, you will retain you full Premium subscription access to ABCmouse until the end of your current billing cycle.
You can resubscribe at any time using the same parent account and child profiles.
