If you subscribed to ABCmouse Classic through Verizon, you’ll need to cancel your subscription through My Verizon to ensure you avoid future charges.
You can also update your billing information at any time through your My Verizon account. Keep in mind that the email linked to your Verizon subscription may be different from the one you use to access ABCmouse Classic.
Follow these steps to cancel:
Sign in to your My Verizon account.
Go to Account > Apps & add-ons > Apps & add-ons overview.

In the My Add-ons & Apps section, find ABCmouse and select the More icon.
If you don’t see it right away, tap See All, then tap Manage in the ABCmouse Classic section.
Select Cancel subscription.

Review the message, then confirm by selecting Remove ABCmouse Classic.
- Changes may take up to 24 hours to process.
Once cancelled, you’ll receive a confirmation email from ABCmouse Classic. You’ll continue to have access until the end of your current billing cycle and after that, your Verizon account will no longer be charged.
If you subscribed directly through ABCmouse Classic (using a credit card or PayPal), you can manage your subscription from the Parent Section of the app.
