If you subscribed to ABCmouse Classic through the Apple App Store, your subscription is managed by Apple. You can follow the cancellation steps below based on your device.

If you signed up directly through ABCmouse Classic using a credit card or PayPal, you can manage your subscription in the ABCmouse Classic app via the Parent Section. Follow the instructions in this article: Cancel Subscription

When Cancelling:
- Be sure to use the Apple ID that was used to purchase the subscription. This may be different from the email you use to log into ABCmouse Classic.
- Be sure to use the same device that was originally used to start the subscription.
- If you don't see ABCmouse Classic in Subscriptions, try signing in with a different Apple ID (for example, a family member’s).
iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
Open Settings
Tap your name at the top
Tap Subscriptions
Select ABCmouse Classic
Tap Cancel Subscription
Apple App Store App (iOS)
Open the App Store
Tap your profile icon (top right)
Tap Subscriptions
Select ABCmouse Classic
Tap Cancel Subscription
Mac
Open the App Store
Click Sign In (or your name) at the bottom of the sidebar
Click View Information at the top
Sign in if prompted
Scroll to Subscriptions and click Manage
Click Edit next to ABCmouse Classic
Click Cancel Subscription
Windows PC
You’ll need to download iTunes for Windows
Open iTunes
Click Account > View My Account
Sign in with your Apple ID
Scroll to the Settings section
Click Manage next to Subscriptions
Click Edit next to ABCmouse Classic
Click Cancel Subscription
What Happens After You Cancel
You’ll still have access to ABCmouse Classic until the end of your current billing cycle
You’ll receive a confirmation email
Your Apple account will no longer be charged for ABCmouse Classic after the billing period ends
