We’ve made it simple to view and manage your subscription anytime through the My Account section in the Parent Section of ABCmouse Classic.
You can cancel your subscription at any time to stop future billing or automatic renewals. Once cancelled, you’ll continue to have access to ABCmouse until the end of your current paid period. ABCmouse Classic does not charge cancellation fees.

Can't access ABCmouse Classic? ABCmouse Classic is no longer available to download from the App Store or Google Play. If you're unable to access the website to cancel your subscription, you can still contact our Customer Care team through the chat bot on our website or by submitting a request through our Contact Us page, and we'll be happy to assist you with your cancellation.
Steps to Cancel your ABCmouse Classic Subscription:
Open the Parent Section in ABCmouse Classic website.
Go to My Account, then select Cancellation.
Follow the on-screen instructions until you reach the cancellation confirmation page.
Check your email for a confirmation message.

Refunds
Once you've pre-paid for an ABCmouse Classic subscription or allowed your subscription to renew, all charges are final and non-refundable, as outlined in the ABCmosue Classic Terms and Conditions that all subscribers agree to during signup. We do not grant refunds, prorated or full, for subscription payments. .
