We are aware of an issue where some customers are unable to switch between ABCmouse and ABCmouse 2 when using the web version. After selecting one product, you may become “locked in” and unable to change to the other product.
Workaround
If you need to switch between ABCmouse and ABCmouse 2 on the web:
- Log out of your account.
- Clear your browser cookies and cache.
- Log back in and select the desired product.
