Clearing your browser’s cookies and cache can often fix loading or login issues with ABCmouse on the web. Follow the steps below for the web browser you are using.
Google Chrome
- In the top-right corner, click the three dots menu.
- Select Settings.
- Go to Privacy and Security.
- Click Clear browsing data.
- Choose a time range (we recommend All time).
- Check the boxes for Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files.
- Click Clear data.
Mozilla Firefox
- In the top-right corner, click the three-line menu.
- Select Settings.
- Go to Privacy & Security.
- Under Cookies and Site Data, click Clear Data.
- Check the boxes for Cookies and Site Data and Cached Web Content.
- Click Clear.
Microsoft Edge
- In the top-right corner, click the three dots menu.
- Select Settings.
- Go to Privacy, Search, and Services.
- Under Clear browsing data, click Choose what to clear.
- Choose a time range (we recommend All time).
- Check the boxes for Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files.
- Click Clear now.
Safari (Mac)
- Click Safari in the menu bar.
- Select Preferences.
- Select the Privacy tab.
- Choose Manage Website Data.
- Click Remove All.
- Click Remove Now to confirm.
Note: ABCmouse is not currently supported on Safari. These steps are provided for general troubleshooting only.
Once you’ve cleared cookies and cache, close your browser completely and reopen it before logging back into ABCmouse.
