Bunny Hops Letter activity not loading in ABCmouse Classic desktop app

If you're experiencing issues with the Bunny Hops Letter activity not loading on the ABCmouse Classic desktop app, this article provides troubleshooting steps to resolve the problem and ensure a seamless learning experience for your child.  
 

• Issue: One user reported that the Bunny Hops Letter maze activity on the Learning Path did not load and they were unable to progress on the Learning Path.
   
• Platform: Desktop app only
   
• Status: Our Developer Team is aware of this issue and working on a fix, but we do not yet have a timeframe for a resolution. 
   
• General Recommendations: While we are not yet certain why this one individual encountered this issue, the following are general recommendations to prevent or resolve loading issues when using ABCmouse on your computer. 
  • Check that your operating system is up to date
  • Check that the app that you are using is up to date
  • Check that your internet connection/wi-fi is strong and stable (test other websites)
  • Disable any ad-blocking software or whitelist www.ABCmouse.com. Learn how to do that here...
• Alternate Way to Bypass the Activity: When there is a particular Learning Path activity that is freezing or not loading on one particular setup -- such as a desktop app -- users are often able to get around the issue by accessing the ABCmouse Learning Path and completing the activity in question on another device or browser. 
  
  In a case like this, we suggest that you try:
  1. Instead of using the ABCmouse desktop app, log in to the ABCmouse website using a web browser on a desktop or laptop computer. 
  2. Select the child profile that was stuck and go to the Learning Path.
  3. Open the activity that was not loading (Bunny Hops in this case).
  4. Complete the activity in your web browser.
  5. You should now be able to resume using the Learning Path on the ABCmouse app.
