We recently identified an issue that causes the ABCmouse app to crash during launch on iPhones and iPads running iOS or iPadOS 13 or 14.
The ABCmouse app now requires iOS or iPadOS 15 or later. See Minimum System Requirements for ABCmouse.
Resolution
To continue using the ABCmouse app on your iPhone or iPad, update your device to iOS or iPadOS 15 or later. We recommend updating to the latest version supported by your device.

If your device cannot be updated to iOS or iPadOS 15+, you can continue using ABCmouse on:
- A compatible desktop or laptop computer by logging in at ABCmouse.com
- A compatible Android device
- A compatible Amazon device

If you have updated your iOS/iPadOS device to at least 15 and experience the ABCmouse app crashing before it can open, please contact us and let us know:
- What iOS or iPadOS you are using
- What version of the ABCmouse app you are using
- Any details of the crash
This information will help us determine whether a different issue is affecting your device.
