The number of children who can have their own Child Profiles with your ABCmouse account depends on the program subscription tier you are using. Our free ABCmouse Basic tier includes just one child profile, while ABCmouse Premium subscriptions allow you to add up to three children.
Our Premium subscriptions include up to 3 Child Profiles to meet the needs of families with multiple children — especially households with siblings close in age, blended families, or caregivers managing more than one child’s learning journey. At this time, ABCmouse Premium subscriptions only allow up to three child profiles per account. However, we are working on an option for parents and caregivers to have more than 3 profiles on their account. Many families using ABCmouse Premium have more than one child between ages 2–8. Including 3 Profiles ensures each child can have a personalized experience, without sharing progress, avatars, or reward systems. The inclusion of 3 Profiles also makes ABCmouse Premium more affordable and practical, providing clear value compared to other premium educational platforms that charge per child.
Benefits of Including 3 Child Profiles
A Child Profile is the key to personalized learning with ABCmouse. Each profile offers the child:
- Unique Step-by-Step Leaning Paths for both Reading and Math that help ensure age-appropriate challenge and engagement for each child, rather than a one-size-fits-all experience. Each child gets the right lessons at the right time.
- The ability to earn tickets for completing learning activities, which helps keep kids motivated and feeling good about the learning process.
- Personalizing their own Avatar.
- Caring for their own virtual pets (Aquarium, Hamster, Pet Town).
