Workaround
If you experience a blue screen while resetting your password:
- Use our updated password reset tool here: https://www.abcmouse.com/abc/forgot-password/
- Complete the password reset process by clicking the link in the email.
If the issue continues after using the new password reset tool, please contact us and let us know:
- Where you are trying to reset your password (web, app, or email link)
- How did you access the reset option
This will help us determine whether an outdated password reset link is being used.
