What’s happening
In some regions outside the United States, ABCmouse.com automatically redirects to a newer version of our site that’s currently not supported there. This may cause you to see a “Download the App” screen or make it appear that you can’t sign in.
How to fix it
You can still sign in and use ABCmouse on the web by following these steps:
Clear your browser’s cache and cookies.
Remove any old bookmarks for ABCmouse.com or plus.abcmouse.com.
Go directly to www.ABCmouse.com/login
Using an Amazon Fire device?
If you’re using an Amazon Fire tablet outside the U.S., the ABCmouse app may not be available for download in your region. However, you can still access ABCmouse on your Fire device if you already have it installed.
