Some ABCmouse Classic mobile users may experience issues where the Ticket Restriction setting does not apply correctly, allowing students to earn or spend tickets despite restrictions. This may be due to app version compatibility or device settings. This article provides troubleshooting steps and workarounds.
We are actively investigating an issue that has been reported by some ABCmouse Classic users on mobile devices: the Ticket Restriction setting is not working.
- Issue: When some users enable Ticket Restriction to prevent their child from spending Tickets on ABCmouse Classic, they can still use Tickets to purchase items without being required to enter a password.
- Platform: Mobile devices only
- Status: Our Developer Team is aware of this issue and working on a fix, but we do not yet have a timeframe for a resolution.
- Recommendation: This Ticket Restriction issue has only been reported by a small number of users on mobile devices. So, if this issue is affecting you and you have a desktop or laptop computer, we recommend that option for using ABCmouse Classic. Our Developer Team is still actively working to resolve the issue for mobile device users.
