A power cycle means fully shutting down and restarting your:
Device (phone, tablet, or computer)
Router and/or modem (if you're using Wi-Fi)
This can resolve:
ABCmouse Classic app loading delays
Buffering in games or videos
General internet or performance issues
How to Power Cycle (Step-by-Step)
If you're using Wi-Fi with ABCmouse Classic:
Turn off your device (phone, tablet, or computer).
Unplug your router and modem from the power outlet.
Wait at least 30 seconds.
Plug your router and modem back in.
Wait until all lights return to normal (about 2 minutes).
Turn your device back on.
Reopen the ABCmouse Classic app or website and try again.
If you're using cellular data with ABCmouse Classic:
Turn off your device.
Wait 30 seconds, then turn it back on.
Reopen ABCmouse Classic and check if the issue is resolved.
