Power cycling your device, modem, and router can often fix connectivity issues and improve the performance of the ABCmouse app. Restarting your equipment helps refresh your internet connection, which may reduce loading delays, buffering, or errors.

To perform a power cycle:
Turn off your device (phone, tablet, or computer) that you use to access ABCmouse.

Turn off your modem and router.
Skip this step if you are using cellular data on a mobile device.
Unplug your equipment (device, modem, and router) from the power source, if possible.
Wait a few minutes before turning everything back on.
Restart your device and internet equipment, then open the ABCmouse app and try again.
