ABCmouse is available through the Amazon Appstore in select countries, including the U.S., Canada, and the U.K. If you’re using a Kindle Fire or Amazon Fire tablet and can’t find ABCmouse in the Appstore, it may not be available on Amazon devices in your country yet.
What to check first
- Search for “ABCmouse” in the Amazon Appstore app directly on your Fire tablet. If the app doesn’t appear, your device or country isn’t supported.
- If you’re in a child profile or Amazon Kids+, switch to the parent (adult) profile and search again.
Other ways to use ABCmouse
- Sign in with your ABCmouse login credentials on a supported device (iPhone, iPad, or an Android phone or tablet through the Google Play Store).
- ABCmouse can’t be used through a mobile web browser on Amazon devices. If you open the ABCmouse website in a mobile browser, you’ll be directed to download the app.
If you don’t see ABCmouse in the app store for your country, there is currently no way to install it on Amazon devices where it isn’t offered.
