Amazon Appstore users in the U.S. can download the ABCmouse app, but it is unavailable for Amazon devices outside the U.S.
- Customers outside the U.S. cannot download ABCmouse on Amazon devices.
- Within the U.S. ABCmouse cannot be accessed via a mobile web browser on Amazon devices.
Workaround: At this time, if you are outside the U.S. and have an ABCmouse subscription, you can still access ABCmouse using your ABCmouse login credentials or you will need a different device that supports the app.
Note: If your country does not have ABCmouse, there is currently no way to access ABCmouse on Amazon devices outside the U.S.
