ABCmouse works best with a stable internet connection. If your household can stream videos or use other common apps without interruption, your connection is strong enough for ABCmouse. For the best experience, we recommend using Wi-Fi. Mobile data can also work, though slower speeds may occasionally affect loading times.

Check Network Devices and Settings
-
Make sure your router is powered on and within range. If you are too far away, your device may not receive a signal.
-
Confirm Wi-Fi is turned on. Go to Settings > Wi-Fi and ensure it is enabled. Tap your network’s name to join.
-
Make sure Airplane Mode is turned off.
Restart Your Device
-
Restart your phone or tablet.
Restart Your Router and Modem
-
Inspect your router connections to make sure everything is properly set up.
-
Unplug both your router and modem for at least 30 seconds.
-
Plug them back in and wait for them to fully restart.
Check for Wi-Fi Network Issues
-
If you are connected to Wi-Fi but cannot get online, test the connection on another device.
-
If no devices can connect, there may be a service outage.
-
Contact your Internet Service Provider, router manufacturer, or network administrator for further assistance.
