Note: Uninstalling the app does not cancel any in-app subscriptions. If you subscribed through Google Play or the App Store, be sure to cancel those separately.
Android Devices

- Search for ABCmouse.
- On the app’s page, tap Uninstall.
- Confirm by selecting OK.

- Tap and hold the ABCmouse app icon.
- Tap Remove App (or the minus sign (-) that appears).
- Select Delete App when prompted.
- Confirm by tapping Delete.

Most Amazon devices:
- Access Settings: From your device's Home screen, navigate to Settings.
- Select Applications: Choose Applications from the settings menu.
- Manage Installed Apps: Select Manage Installed Applications to view all installed apps.
- Find and Uninstall: Scroll to the app you want to remove, select it, and then choose the Uninstall option.
- Confirm: Follow any on-screen prompts to confirm that you want to uninstall the app.

Samsung Galaxy Devices

Most Galaxy devices:
- Swipe up: on your Home screen to open your Apps screen.
- Press and hold: the icon of the ABCmouse app you want to remove.
- If the option to uninstall appears, tap Uninstall and then confirm by tapping OK or Uninstall again.
- If the ABCmouse app cannot be uninstalled, you will see the option to Disable instead. Tap Disable to hide the ABCmouse app and prevent it from running.
