Whether you want to upgrade to ABCmouse Premium, customize your child’s learning experience, or contact support, the Parent Center area in ABCmouse keeps all key options in one place for parents. For security, this area is only accessible after a quick adult verification step.
How Parents Can Access the Parent Center in ABCmouse
- From the Home screen, tap the profile icon in the upper-left corner.
- Tap the Settings icon (⚙️) in the bottom-left corner of the screen.
- Enter the year you were born when prompted.
- This step ensures only adults can access settings.
- This information is not stored.
- After verification, you’ll arrive at the Parent Center page, where you can:
- Manage your account (change email and/or password, view or change billing and account details)
- Adjust device options
- Add or edit child profiles
- Access support
- Share feedback
- View the app version
- Log in or out
