Who Is Eligible for Parent Perks?
Access depends on your account status:
- Active paid subscribers (monthly, annual, or semi-annual): have full access - browse, view details, and redeem.
- Gift subscription recipients: have full access for the duration of your gift term
- Free trial users: can browse the catalog; redemption unlocks after your first Premium membership payment
- Basic or lapsed accounts: can see that perks exist, but redemption requires an active paid subscription
- Platform subscribers (Amazon Kids+, Netflix, etc.): not eligible — Parent Perks requires a direct ABCmouse subscription
How to Find Parent Perks
You can access Parent Perks a few ways:
- In the ABCmouse app or on the web, go to Settings to enter the Parent Center, then select Parent Perks

- You may also see it featured at the end of onboarding or in your subscription confirmation email
How to Redeem a Perk
- Open the Parent Perks catalog in Settings
- Tap any offer to see its full details, terms, and expiration
- Select Redeem
- You'll be taken to the partner's website to complete the offer; some offers apply automatically, others provide a code to use at checkout
