The Parent Section of ABCmouse Classic gives you access to account and billing information, program settings, child profiles, Learning Path settings, Progress Tracking, and more.
You can update your ABCmouse Classic parent account information—like your email address, password, or payment method—by accessing the Parent Section of your account.
The Parent Section is available for ABCmouse Classic on both desktop or mobile devices.

How to access the Parent Section
- Select the Gear icon.
- Select Parent Section on the drop-down menu bar.
- Select My Account or another option in the Parent Section, depending on what you'd like to update. The following categories can be found in the Parent Section:
- ABCmouse Classic Progress Tracker
- Settings
- My Account

What is the ABCmouse Classic Progress Tracker category?
The ABCmouse Classic Progress Tracker category allows you to see the amount of time your child has spent in ABCmouse Classic. This can be filtered into weekly or monthly intervals.
What is the Settings category?
The Settings category is where you customize user profile settings. Features available include:
- Adding or deleting Child Profiles
- Enabling or disabling special ABCmouse Classic tools
- Updating Child Profile settings
What is the My Account category?
The My Account category is where you can update your account and billing information, and manage your subscription. Topics available include:
- Account Information
- Membership
- Billing
- Cancellation
What is the Assessment Center category?
The Assessment Center category allows you to measure and guide your child's learning of essential knowledge, skills, and abilities. Assessments include:
- Preschool Assessment
- Pre-kindergarten Assessment
- Kindergarten Assessment
- First Grade Assessment
- Second Grade Assessment
Please note that if you don't have access, your family is welcome to purchase this add-on at any time by entering your password and selecting purchase on the Assessment Center category.

What is the ABCmouse Classic Library category?
The ABCmouse Classic Library category is where you can find books read by your child.
What is the Customer Support category?
The Customer Support category is a direct link to the Help Center website.
What is the Feedback category?
The Feedback category is where you can take a brief survey to tell us about your ABCmouse Classic experience.
What is the Newsfeed category?
The Newsfeed category is where you can see the most recent activities your child has completed.
