Parents can go to the Settings area within ABCmouse to manage their child’s learning experience, adjust account and app options, get support, and more. Tap your Avatar icon in the upper-left corner of the home screen to access all your Settings options. This article offers a brief overview of the parent settings in ABCmouse.

Subscription & Profiles
Go Premium: If you are a Basic user, you can upgrade to Premium Access directly from the Settings.
Add a Child Profile: With Premium Access, create and manage additional profiles for your children.
Manage My Account: You must log in through the app to see this tab, where you can view your account and subscription details (active plans, billing dates, payment information, cancellation, and more).
If you don’t see Manage My Account, you may have purchased ABCmouse Classic and not the new ABCmouse. In that case, please log in to the original ABCmouse Classic app to access your account details and make any changes to your subscription.Restore Purchases: Use this option if you signed up for a paid subscription but are still seeing the Basic version of the program with prompts to Upgrade.
Device Settings
Turn the microphone on or off
Allow or disable notifications
Toggle music and sound effects (does not turn off spoken navigation prompts or read-to-me book features*)
Switch the navigation language (activities remain in English)
* Audio for Books
Books within the Library, My Classroom, or the Reading Learning Path that are designed to read aloud to the child will not have their audio disabled by toggling off Music in ABCmouse's Device Settings. If you want to read a book to your child and that book's audio starts, you can click the progress bar at the bottom of the book to stop the audio and then click or swipe manually to turn the pages as you read.
