Parents can go to the Parent Center area within ABCmouse to manage their child’s learning experience, adjust account and app options, get support, and more. Tap your Avatar icon in the upper-left corner of the home screen to access all your Parent Center options. This article offers a brief overview of the Parent Center in ABCmouse.

Subscription & Profiles

Account: In the Account section, you can view your account information and subscription details (update email address/password, and membership information).

Within Memberships, you can view your membership details including your active plan, payment method, Upcoming/Last payment as well as the option to cancel your membership.
If you don’t see Account, you may have purchased ABCmouse Classic and not the new ABCmouse. In that case, please log in to the original ABCmouse Classic app to access your account details and make any changes to your subscription.

Child Profiles: With Premium Access, you can create and manage profiles for your children. Once you select which profile you would like to adjust, you can edit the child's name & birthday, adjust gameplay settings such as Reading/Math level, disable activity interventions, or delete the profile.
Upgrade to Premium!: If you are a Basic user, you can upgrade to Premium Access directly from the Parent Center.
Restore Purchases: Use this option if you signed up for a paid subscription but are still seeing the Basic version of the program with prompts to Upgrade.
App Settings
Toggle background music (does not turn off spoken navigation prompts or read-to-me book features*)

Switch the navigation language (activities remain in English)
The options to toggle Microphone access/Allow notifications are available only while using the app version of ABCmouse

Books within the Library, My Classroom, or the Reading Learning Path that are designed to read aloud to the child will not have their audio disabled by toggling off Background Music in ABCmouse's App Settings. If you want to read a book to your child and that book's audio starts, you can click the progress bar at the bottom of the book to stop the audio and then click or swipe manually to turn the pages as you read.
