This article explains how to permanently delete your ABCmouse account data and related personal information with step-by-step instructions.
It is important, however, to understand that deleting your account data and personal information is not cancelling your account, and if you want to delete your account information to prevent future billing, you should make sure your account is cancelled first.

Deleting your ABCmouse account will permanently remove access to your features, preferences, and history. If you'd prefer to use your account until the end of your current subscription, we recommend cancelling instead. If you're ready to stop using ABCmouse, follow this guide to fully remove your account.
A few things to note if you decide to delete your ABCmouse account:
- If your membership is currently active, please make sure to cancel your account first. Following cancellation, your account will remain active until the end of the current billing period. Once this period concludes, you can then proceed with requesting data deletion.
- You cannot undo a deletion request once it's submitted.
- Once your account is permanently deleted, you must sign up for a new account if you want to use ABCmouse again.
After cancelling your account, please complete the appropriate data deletion form(s) based on your location.

Once you have filled out all the required information for each form, make sure to click the Submit button at the bottom of the page to send the form successfully.
You will receive a verification email; you must respond to that email to ensure the completion of the request.
You will receive a confirmation email when your deletion request has been processed.
