Need to cancel your ABCmouse subscription? If you signed up via an in-app purchase or in the Apple App Store, your subscription is managed by Apple, and you must follow their cancellation steps.

App Store (Apple) Cancellation Steps
- Go to Settings app > [your name] > iTunes & App Store.
- Tap your Apple ID at the top of the screen.
- Tap View Apple ID. You might need to sign in or use Touch/Face ID.
- Tap Subscriptions and select ABCmouse .
- Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm.

You’ll need to cancel your ABCmouse Classic account, not ABCmouse.
Important Information
- We cannot access or manage your Apple Appstore subscription to ABCmouse on your behalf. All cancellations must be completed directly through Apple.
- After you cancel, you’ll continue to have access to ABCmouse for the remainder of the billing period you’ve already paid for.
- Your subscription will not renew once it expires, but you can re-subscribe at any time.
- Cancellation does not issue a refund, and previously charged subscription fees cannot be prorated.
- Deleting the app or your account does not cancel your subscription.
