Need to cancel your ABCmouse 2 subscription? If you signed up via an in-app purchase or in the Google Play Store, your subscription is managed by Google, and you must follow their cancellation steps.
Google Play Store (Android) Cancellation Steps
- Open the Google Play app.
- Tap your profile icon (top right).
- Select Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions.
- Find and tap your ABCmouse 2 subscription.
- Tap Cancel.

You’ll need to cancel your ABCmouse account, not ABCmouse 2.
Important Information
- We cannot access or manage the Google Play Store on your behalf. All cancellations must be completed directly through Google.
- After you cancel, you’ll continue to have access to ABCmouse 2 for the remainder of the billing period you’ve already paid for.
- Your subscription will not renew once it expires, but you can re-subscribe at any time.
- Cancellation does not issue a refund, and previously charged subscription fees cannot be prorated.
- Deleting the app or your account does not cancel your subscription.
