If you subscribed to ABCmouse through Google Play and are billed by Google, you’ll need to cancel through the Google Play app.

Google Play Store (Android) Cancellation Steps
Open the Google Play app.
Tap your profile icon (top right corner).
Select Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions.
Choose ABCmouse Classic.
Tap Cancel subscription.
Follow the prompts to confirm.
Once canceled, you’ll still have access until the end of your current billing period.
Important: These steps only apply if Google Play bills you directly.
If you signed up through ABCmouse Classic with a credit card or PayPal, cancel directly in the ABCmouse Classic app under the Parent Section. You can follow the steps here: Cancel Subscription
