We’re aware of an issue where ABCmouse Classic customers who have subscribed using Apple Pay may not see their subscription details under 'My Account'. When they visit the My Account page on the ABCmouse Classic website (browser-based), their subscription details may not appear.
Workaround:
If users encounter this issue in a browser, please download and open the ABCmouse Classic app, go to the Parent Section, and then select My Account to view their subscription details.
