Having trouble updating your payment details on ABCmouse Classic? If your card’s expiration date extends beyond 2029, you may encounter issues updating your payment details on ABCmouse Classic when using a mobile device. If affected, try accessing your account via web browser using a desktop/laptop computer.
Issue:
Some customers have reported that they are unable to enter a credit or debit card with an expiration date beyond the year 2029 when updating their payment information on a mobile device.
Cause:
This issue occurs due to a system limitation that currently does not accept expiration dates beyond 2029.
Workaround:
If your card has an expiration date of 2030 or beyond and you are unable to update your payment information using a mobile device, please consider the following options:
- Access your account via web browser using a desktop/laptop computer. You should then be able to enter your payment details within the Parent Section.
- Update your account using a different card with an expiration date of 2029 or earlier.
