ReadingIQ makes it simple to cancel your membership from either the ReadingIQ app or the website at www.ReadingIQ.com. If you cancel your membership, future billing will stop at the end of your current subscription term. The instructions below explain how to access your account settings and complete the cancellation process.

Go to My Shelf
To begin, open ReadingIQ and sign in to your account.
In the app:
- Select My Shelf from the navigation bar at the bottom of the screen.
On the website:
- Sign in using your parent account credentials.
Access Parent Settings
After opening your account in the app:
- Select the gear icon to open Settings.
- Choose Parent Settings.
If you are canceling from the ReadingIQ website:
- Click where it says Parent Settings in the upper-right.
Verify Your Password for Security
To protect your account information, ReadingIQ requires password confirmation before opening Parent Settings.
- Enter your password when prompted.
- Select Submit to continue.
Manage Subscription Settings
Once you are in Parent Settings:
- Select Manage Account.
- Open Manage Subscription to view your current billing information and subscription options.
Finish Cancellation
To cancel your membership:
- Select Cancel Subscription.
- Follow the prompts shown on the screen.

Select Cancel My Subscription to finalize your request.
Additional Information
- Canceling your membership prevents future renewal charges.
- Your ReadingIQ access remains active until the current paid subscription period expires.
- You can subscribe again later using the same account email address.
