If you are billed directly for your ABCmouse Classic subscription by Age of Learning, updating your payment details is simple: Go to the ABCmouse Classic Parent Section > My Account > Billing, and enter your preferred new payment method. App Store Billing Changes: If you subscribed via Apple, Google Play, or Amazon, you must update your billing/payment method through those app stores. Updating your billing information may be different depending on how you pay for your ABCmouse Classic subscription. For instructions, see the following:

How to Update Your Payment Method
- Click/tap the Gear icon at the top-right of your screen.
- Select the Parent Section icon.
- Select My Account.
- Select Billing to view and update the payment method.
- Depending on how your subscription is currently billed, you’ll see one of the following options:
Credit Card: Tap this tab to update your credit card details directly in the app.
PayPal: Select this tab to be redirected to the PayPal website to manage your payment method.

Paddle: If your subscription is billed through Paddle (this is a back-end billing provider, so you may not have heard that name before), you'll see a message that says:
"Your ABCmouse subscription is currently being handled through Paddle. To manage your ABCmouse subscription, please visit the Paddle website here."
- Tap the “here” link in the message to go to your personalized Paddle billing page, where you can securely update your payment method. You do not need to log in to Paddle. The link is unique to your account and automatically grants access to your subscription management page.
