Update Apple Payment Information for ABCmouse Classic

If you subscribed to ABCmouse Classic through Apple, you’ll need to update your payment method in your Apple ID settings. Changes made in your ABCmouse Classic account will not affect Apple billing.

To check if you're billed through Apple:

• Go to the Parent Section in the ABCmouse app or website

• Tap My Account > Billing

If it doesn’t let you update your payment info there, you're likely billed through Apple.

To update your Apple payment information:

Computer

1. Open the Apple App Store.
2. Click your [profile name]. If your name doesn't appear, click the Sign In button, sign in with your Apple Account, then click your name.
3. Click Account Settings. You might be asked to sign in with your Apple Account.
4. Next to Payment Information, click Manage Payments.
5. Click Add Payment.
6. Enter the payment method details, then click Done.

iPhone or iPad

1. Open the Settings app.
2. Select your [profile name].
3. Tap Payment & Shipping. You might be asked to sign in with your Apple Account.
4. Tap Add Payment Method.
