Can I cancel the Assessment Center at any time?

Yes, you can cancel your Assessment Center at any time you want.

To cancel your ABCmouse Assessment Center subscription, please see the instructions below:

1. Log in to your account via the app or on the ABCmouse website.
2. Click/tap the Gear icon in the upper right corner of your screen.
   
3. Select the Parent Section icon.
   
4. Select the panel labeled My Account.
   
5. Click/tap the Cancellation panel.
   When prompted, check the box beneath the Assessment Center option to indicate that you would like to cancel your Assessment Center subscription.
6. Click on Continue to proceed.
7. Follow the prompts until you finish the cancellation process.
8. When you finish the cancellation process, the page should read "Your Assessment subscription has been cancelled."
   
   
   • If you do not reach this cancellation confirmation page, then your Assessment Center subscription is not yet cancelled.

You’ll continue to have access to the Assessment Center until the end of your current billing cycle, but will not be charged moving forward.

Please note that this will only cancel your Assessment Center subscription, not your subscription to ABCmouse Early Learning Academy, which will require a separate cancellation.

If you’re billed for ABCmouse through a third party, there may be different steps to cancelling your Assessment Center subscription.

Amazon

If you’re billed for ABCmouse through the Amazon App Store, you can cancel your Assessment Center subscription on your Amazon account page.

1. Visit your Amazon subscription page.
2. Select Actions on the right side of the screen.
3. Choose Turn off auto-renewal from the drop-down menu.
4. Confirm that you would like to turn off auto-renewal on the next menu.

You will receive a confirmation email from us shortly afterwards. Once you've cancelled your subscription, you will continue accessing the Assessment Center for the remainder of your billing cycle. Afterwards, your Amazon account will no longer be charged for the Assessment Center.

Apple

If you’re billed for ABCmouse through Apple, you can cancel your Assessment Center subscription through the Apple App Store.

1. Within the Apple App Store, go to your Account.
2. In the Settings section, click Manage next to Subscriptions.
3. In the Auto Renewal section for ABCmouse, click Off.
4. Select Done to confirm your update.

You will receive a confirmation email from us shortly afterwards. Once you've cancelled your subscription, you will continue accessing the Assessment Center for the remainder of your billing cycle. Afterwards, your Apple account will no longer be charged for the Assessment Center.
