All subscriptions come with four profiles per account, including one Parent Profile and up to three Child Profiles. You can add all 3 Child Profiles during the registration process or later if you've already set up your account.
Adding a Child Profile:
- Select the Gear icon at the top right of your screen.
- Select the Parent Section icon.

Enter your account password to access the Parent Section.
- Select Settings.
- Select Add Child.
- Enter the new child's information.
If you don't see the 'Add Child' option, it may be because you've already reached the maximum number of profiles allowed.
Maximum Child Profiles Reached
ABCmouse Classic accounts allow for a maximum of 3 child profiles. If you already have 3 profiles set up, the option to add another child will not appear.
Using ABCmouse Classic with Multiple Children:
ABCmouse Classic allows for multiple children to use the platform simultaneously. Here's how it works:
- Each account can have up to four profiles: one Parent Profile and three Child Profiles.
- The Parent Profile can manage settings and track progress for each Child Profile.
- Simultaneous login capability allows different children to use ABCmouse Classic on separate devices at the same time.
