Once you've signed up for an ABCmouse account, you'll need to log in so your child can start learning. These steps will vary depending on the device you’re using, so please read the respective instructions below:

• Mobile Phones and Tablets
• Desktop Web Browser
• Desktop App

Mobile Phones and Tablets

Logging In

Make sure you have downloaded the ABCmouse app from your device's app store. You can then launch the mobile app to access your account.

Logging in to your ABCmouse account on your supported mobile phone or tablet is easy. Follow the steps below to log in:

1. Open the ABCmouse app.
2. Select Log In on the Welcome page.
3. Enter the email address and password, and then tap Log In.

Logging Out

Ready to log out? Follow these steps:

1. Open the ABCmouse app.
2. Select the Gear icon at the top of your child’s Homepage.
3. Select the Lock button to log out. 

Desktop Web Browser

Logging In

To use ABCmouse through a web browser on your computer, you can log in by following the steps below:

1. Visit ABCmouse.com from a supported web browser.
2. Click the Log In button in the top-right corner of the Welcome page.
   
3. Enter the email address and password, and then click Log In.

Logging Out

If you’d like to log out after your session, follow these steps:

1. Select the Gear icon at the top of your child’s Homepage.
2. Select the Lock button to log out.

Logging In

To use the ABCmouse desktop app on your computer, you'll need to have it downloaded on your device first. If you haven't downloaded the desktop app yet, please see the steps below:

1. Download the ABCmouse desktop app onto your device.

   • https://www.abcmouse.com/html5/app_migrate

     • You'll need to log in to your ABCmouse account to download the app.
       

To log in on the desktop app, follow the steps below:

1. After opening the ABCmouse desktop app, you will be presented with a Log In page.
2. Enter the email address and password, and then select Log In.

Logging Out

Ready to log out? Follow the steps below:

1. Open the ABCmouse desktop app.

2. Select the Name at the top of your child’s Homepage.

3. Select Log Out.
