ABCmouse Classic includes up to 3 child profiles for all subscriptions. If each child has their own device, you may not need to switch profiles after they are set up and logged into on each child's device. But if your kids share a computer, you'll need to know how to switch profiles, so each child uses the one that's been personalized for their use and tracks their progress. The good news—switching profiles is super simple!
Changing Profiles in ABCmouse Classic
To change to another profile, please follow these instructions:
- Select the Avatar icon at the top of the child Homepage.
- A Change User pop-up (shown below) will appear, displaying the Child Profile(s) on your account. Select one of the other Child Profiles to switch to that profile.
Logging Out of ABCmouse Classic
You can log out of ABCmouse Classic in two quick clicks:
- Click/tap on the Gear icon at the top of the child Homepage.
- Select Log Out.
