If you sign up for ABCmouse on our website and then download the app from an app store and log in with the credentials you set up with us, you will be able to manage billing and cancellation through the app or with our customer care team.
If you download the app from an app store and purchase your ABCmouse subscription through the app, the app store will have full control of your billing information and any changes would need to be make through the app store. If you use multiple devices and have multiple app store IDs, your subscription will be attached to the app store ID (such as Apple ID) used to make the subscription purchase, and you will need to use that device and ID to make billing-related changes.
