Downloading the ABCmouse app is quick and easy as long as you have a compatible device and access to the Google, Apple, Amazon, or Samsung app store.

This article provides step-by-step instructions for how to download and install ABCmouse on supported devices, including Android, iOS, Fire, and Galaxy mobile tablets and phones. You can also choose to use ABCmouse with a web browser on a desktop or laptop computer, in addition to or instead of using the app on your mobile devices.

Also, please note the following about how downloads, subscriptions, and billing work together:

If you sign up for ABCmouse on our website and then download the app from an app store and log in with the credentials you set up with us, you will be able to manage billing and cancellation through the app or with our customer care team.
If you download the app from an app store and purchase your ABCmouse subscription through the app, the app store will have full control of your billing information and any changes would need to be make through the app store. If you use multiple devices and have multiple app store IDs, your subscription will be attached to the app store ID (such as Apple ID) used to make the subscription purchase, and you will need to use that device and ID to make billing-related changes.

Steps for most Android devices:

Open the Google Play Store app.
Search for ABCmouse.
From the ABCmouse: Kids Learning Game app store page, select Install.

Android device not compatible? The ABCmouse app will show up in Google Play search results, but the download button will be replaced with a clear message stating: "Your device isn't compatible with this version."

Apple Devices

The process for downloading apps on Apple devices may vary depending on your iOS version. For the most up-to-date guidance, please visit the Apple Support website.

Steps for most Apple devices:

Open the App Store app.
Search for ABCmouse.
From the ABCmouse: Kids Learning Game app store page, select Get or Open.

Apple device not compatible? The ABCmouse app will show up in App Store search results, but if your device cannot run it, the download cloud icon will be grayed out or unclickable, accompanied by an alert stating the app requires a newer iOS version or specific hardware features.

Steps for most Amazon Fire devices:

Open the Galaxy Store: Locate and tap the Galaxy Store app icon on your phone or tablet.
Sign in to your Samsung Account: If you aren't already signed in, tap on the menu icon (three horizontal lines) and then sign in with your Samsung account.
Search for ABCmouse.
Select ABCmouse Tap on the app's name or icon to open its detail page.
Tap "Install": On the app's page, find and tap the "Install" button. The app will then begin to download and install on your device.

Samsung device not compatible? The app is completely hidden from the Galaxy Store search results if it is not supported by your specific model or regional device variant.

How to Check App Compatibility on Your Device

To ensure our ABCmouse app runs perfectly, always search for and download the app directly using the app store application on the specific device you want to use.
