Currently, the ABCmouse app is available for download in the Apple App Store and Google Play Store in the following regions:
- United States
- Canada
- Mexico
- Australia
- Philippines
- Germany
- Austria
If you are traveling or relocating outside of these supported countries, you may still be able to access your ABCmouse account abroad, as long as certain conditions are met.
To use your account outside of supported regions, make sure that:
- The app is already installed on your device.
- You are logged in before leaving a supported country.
- You have a stable internet connection.
Important to Know
- Do not uninstall the app while outside a supported country (the app might not be available to reinstall from that country's app store).
- Avoid logging out of your account when abroad.
- If you uninstall or log out, you may not be able to reinstall or log back in until you return to a supported region.
