If you’ve already signed up for ABCmouse but aren't sure which version of the app matches your subscription, this article will help you confirm which ABCmouse subscription you have and guide you to the correct app to download. Choosing the right app ensures your child gets the best learning experience with the activities, lessons, and features included in your plan.
The good news is, you can use both! No matter which version of ABCmouse you signed up for, your subscription will allow you to access both the ABCmouse and ABCmouse Classic apps at no extra charge, using the same email address and password. But you should log in to the version you signed up for first and create a child profile before you try the other one.

Check Your Welcome Email
Open the “Welcome to ABCmouse! Order Confirmation” email that was sent to you to confirm your ABCmouse purchase.

Scroll to the ABCmouse Account Information section:
If the logo at the top is just ABCmouse (without Early Learning Academy), you’re subscribed to ABCmouse.
If it says ABCmouse Plus Plan, you’re subscribed to ABCmouse.
If it includes "Early Learning Academy" in the logo at the top, you're using the original ABCmouse Classic app.
If it says ABCmouse Plan, you're using the original ABCmouse Classic app.
Confirm Your Subscription Through the Apple App Store
To check your subscription on an Apple device:
Go to Settings
Tap Apple ID
Select Subscriptions
Your subscription will appear as one of the following:
ABCmouse: Kids Learning Games – Orange and blue icon without a cap (This is the new ABCmouse.)
Early Learning Academy – Yellow icon with ABC wearing a graduation cap (This is ABCmouse Classic.)
Confirm Your Subscription Through the Google Play Store
To check your subscription on an Android device:
Open the Google Play Store
Tap your Profile
Go to Payments & Subscriptions
Select Subscriptions
Confirm Your Subscription Through the Amazon Appstore
To check your subscription on an Fire device:
- Open the Amazon Appstore app on your device.
- Tap on My Apps to see your installed applications.
- Tap on Subscriptions to view a list of all your subscriptions, including current and past ones.
Confirm Your Subscription Through the Samsung Galaxy Store
To check your subscription on an Galaxy device:
- Launch the Galaxy Store app on your device.
- Tap the Menu icon, which looks like three horizontal lines, usually found in the bottom-right corner of the screen.
- Select Subscriptions.
- Look for ABCmouse in the list of your app and game subscriptions. Tap to see more details.
Confirm a Subscription Purchased on Our Website
If you purchased directly from our website with a credit card or PayPal:
Refer to the Account Information section of your Welcome Email

The ABCmouse Classic app is not currently available in the following countries:

Australia
Mexico
