We are aware of a technical issue affecting some users who have both an ABCmouse Classic subscription and an Assessment Center subscription.
When these users attempt to manage their subscriptions, only the Assessment Center subscription may appear. Additionally, the date shown for continued access may incorrectly display as December 31, 1969—this applies to the Assessment Center subscription only.
