The Step Up for Students program provides families with educational scholarships that include access to ABCmouse Classic, ReadingIQ, and Adventure Academy. Eligible students can use these learning platforms at no cost. This article explains the program’s benefits, eligibility requirements, and how to apply.
Step Up for Students is an educational scholarship program in Florida that offers parents scholarship funds to buy educational products through a marketplace called MyScholarShop. Age of Learning consumer products will be available through this marketplace.

Limited-Time Subscription Options with No Renewals
You have the following time-based subscription options to choose from through this program:
- 1 month only
- 6 months only
- 12 months only
- 2 years only - $85
- 5 years only - $199.99
New All-Product Bundle Options:
- 1 year only - includes 12-month subscriptions for ABCmouse Classic, Adventure Academy and ReadingIQ $99
- 2 years only - includes 2-year subscriptions for ABCmouse Classic, Adventure Academy and ReadingIQ $175
- 5 years only - includes 5-year subscriptions for ABCmouse Classic, Adventure Academy and ReadingIQ $399
There will be no automatic renewals for any of these programs. Each purchase will be a one-off for the number of months or years selected.
How to Purchase
You do not need to send any Purchase Order (PO) information to us. When you order through the Step Up Marketplace (MyScholarShop), the payment process is handled entirely by Step Up. The steps for purchasing are:
- Login to your MyScholarShop page.
- Search for and add the product of your choice to the cart.
- Complete the purchase.

Activating Your Account(s)
- Within 2 business days of purchase, you should receive an email at the email address you used to purchase with Access Code(s) in the subject line.
- The email will include the access code (or codes, if it is a bundle) you will use to activate your account(s), in addition to links to the applicable code redemption page(s) for ABCmouse Classic, Adventure Academy, and/or ReadingIQ.
- Click the link(s), enter your code on the redeem page, and follow all prompts. (For bundles: All programs are activated individually on their own redeem page.)
