Cancellation Policies and Procedures
You can view your billing, subscription, and cancellation information at any time under Settings > Manage My Account in the app.
Cancelling your subscription stops future billing. You will still have access to ABCmouse for the remainder of the current paid period.
There are no additional fees for cancelling.

Refund Policy
All ABCmouse 2 subscription charges are final and non-refundable.
Once a subscription has been prepaid or renewed, refunds (full or prorated) are not offered.
These terms are outlined in the ABCmouse Terms and Conditions that all subscribers agree to during sign-up.
Good to Know
Cancelling stops future charges but does not refund payments already made.
You will retain Premium access until the end of your current billing cycle.
You can resubscribe at any time using the same parent account and child profiles.
