If you recently upgraded to a Premium Access subscription using a mobile web browser but still see the Basic Access version in the ABCmouse app, don’t worry. This usually means your subscription has not yet been linked to your app session. You can fix this quickly by logging into your account through the Parent Section, which refreshes your subscription and applies the Premium Access upgrade.
How to Refresh Your Subscription
- Open the ABCmouse app.
- Tap the Log In button in the upper-right corner, or tap the profile icon in the upper-left corner to log in through the Settings page.

Tap the gear icon ⚙️ to access the Settings section.

Log in using the same email and password you used to subscribe. This step is important because logging in through the Settings section refreshes your account and applies the upgraded access.
Good to Know
- This issue does not affect your billing or subscription status.
- Your Premium Access subscription remains active even if the app initially shows Basic Access.
- If the issue continues, try signing out and back in again, or contact Customer Support for help.
