Currently, teachers cannot manually delete student profiles from their ABCmouse Classic roster. Instead, students can be archived, which removes them from active classroom tracking. This article explains how to archive students and manage classroom rosters effectively.
Issue: Teachers are having trouble deleting students from last year and adding their students for this year from the roster.

Recommendation: Any teacher accounts that are displaying in an older site layout will not have the same interface and will need to be updated before deleting students. Please have any teacher using an outdated version of the site contact us directly for assistance in updating their account.
