Where can I find my previous transaction history?

To review your transaction history with ABCmouse, please follow the steps below:

1. Select the Gear icon at the top right of your screen.
   
   
2. Select the Parent Section icon.
   
   
3. Enter your account password to access the Parent Section.
4. Select the My Account panel located on the Parent Homepage.
   
   
5. Select the Billing panel.
   
   
6. On the Credit Card or PayPal tab, you will see a Transaction History link in the lower-left corner.
7. Select the Transaction History link.

When you select the Transaction History link, you will see information on your previous transactions such as:

  • Product
  • Amount
