To locate the email address on file for your ABCmouse account,
please select the subscription payment method from the list below.

Find your PayPal Billing ID through PayPal:
  1. Go to Settings > Automatic Payments.
  2. Locate and select Age of Learning, Inc. in the Automatic Payments list.
  3. Locate the Billing ID (B-XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX).

Amazon Pay
  1. Go to pay.amazon.com, click Sign in, select Check your Amazon Pay orders, and then sign in using your Amazon credentials.
  2. Select the Merchant Agreements tab, select Manage Merchant Agreements to find your ABCmouse subscription, and then click Details.
  3. Locate the Merchant Agreement ID (B01-XXXXXXX-XXXXXXX).

Please enter the email address you used to create your account, select "I'm not a robot", then click Send. An email will then be sent to that address with a link allowing you to change your password.
