How to Graduate to Adventure Academy
Typically, when children outgrow ABCmouse Classic and are ready for a more challenging curriculum, they "graduate" to Adventure Academy. If you have leftover time on your ABCmouse Classic subscription, we can help your child switch from ABCmouse Classic to Adventure Academy.
To do so, click the blue Help icon in the lower right corner. Our digital assistant can help you cancel your ABCmouse Classic account and can convert any time left on your ABCmouse Classic subscription into to a gift code for Adventure Academy. Just remember to select “Outgrown the product” as the reason for cancelling ABCmouse Classic, so the bot knows you're ready to move up to Adventure Academy.
Once you get your gift code, you can redeem it to start a new Adventure Academy subscription at https://www.adventureacademy.com/redeem/.
